Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl

This vibrant Berry-Beet Smoothie Bowl is full of tummy-taming ingredients to help minimize bloat and optimize digestion. Kombucha, a fermented tea, delivers a powerful dose of gut-balancing probiotics, acids, and enzymes to keep your digestion in check. Curcumin—the active ingredient in turmeric—soothes and tames inflammation by coating the intestinal lining, in addition to down-regulating pro-inflammatory compounds in the body.
