Yoga is an ancient science that was revealed to the sages of the Indian subcontinent over 5,000 years ago while sitting in deep states of Meditation.  In America, Yoga  is erroneously thought to be a form of exercise typified by “pretzel-like” physical contortions and postures. Nothing could be further from the truth.  When  one looks more deeply into Yoga, he or she soon discovers that there is much more to it.
Doug is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has been practicing Yoga since 1972.  In this Workshop you will learn the truth about Yoga and sample the richness and benefits of this amazing craft.  Anyone interested may attend. Simply wear loose clothing and an open attitude. Be prepared to feel calmer and happier, both physically and mentally as you enter the world of Yoga.
