Welcome to the second issue of my newsletter! Inside you will find tips, recipes and other resources to help you live a healthier life. Winter is almost over and now it is time to begin looking forward to spring. What a great time to do my detox program! Those of you who attended my “Feeling SAD” class learned about bright light therapy and the most effective dietary supplements, herbs and essential oils for this condition. Hopefully, the winter blues have dissipated. It was a pleasure speaking with all of you and to have a chance to meet some new friends.
This month learn about the new Energy Essentials test and how you can use nutrition to combat fatigue at my “Increase Your Energy” class on March 16th, 5:30-6:30 pm.
I hope to see more of you at my Super foods Tours—this is a great way to gain some new information, meet new friends and do your shopping all at the same time! I am available by appointment to work with you on your individual health needs, or by phone to answer your questions. Please call 203-263-0673, Extension 355 to schedule an appointment. As always, I welcome your comments and suggestions. Please keep in touch!
