Are you ready to save a deserving pet?

Millie and the Rescue Pets!

Meet Millie, New Morning's Mascot - John and Jane rescued her through Friends of Homeless Animals this past Fall.  Millie had been abandoned with a litter of pups!

Many of us here at New Morning have rescue pets too.  Send us your photos  and we'll post them here and on our Facebook page!

Adopting an animal in need is incredibly rewarding.   We'll load up new pictures as they come in so check back!

See Foster Pups that need homes...

This handsome feller is Hudson. He was rescued through Labs4Rescue. He's from Louisiana and is a big sweet mush.  He now lives with Heather Romano and her family in Southbury.

One look at Millie sent Kim and Kenny Bouton of Woodbury straight to the Friends of Homeless Animals website, where they found Chloe (left)!  She and her "big brother" Bully are inseparable.  They also rescued their cat Moxie (below) who was abandoned.

On the right Jinglebelle! Adopted by Cyd and Clark Sellars of Woodbury.  They found her through Animals for Life, another great organization. Their daughter Kiernan adopted Cheddar, pictured below!

This is Cole.  Cole was a homeless kitten when he was given to The Kirk/Ziemke Family of Southbury from a friend who rescued him. He now is a well-fed, well-loved member of our family.

And to the right we have Sheeba, an 86 pound             Belgian Shepherd adopted from the Middlebury Animal Shelter by Irena & Jim Hanley!

Introducing JJ!  He was rescued from the Danbury Pound by Joe Dolen 10 years ago. Every day he does something that makes Joe laugh - another great reason to bring a rescue pet into your life!

Check out Monk (left) who was rescued from Animals for Life, and Houdini (right) from North Shore Animal League by Laura Westby. How cute are they?

This is Lilly. She was adopted from New Day Rescue in Bloomfield.  Patty and Dennis Primavera from Southbury, found her via PetFinders - they have a great website that works with MANY rescue organizations.
